Philosophy

Any problem, challenge, or limitation that is negatively impacting your business is due to the principle of alignment. The same is true of everything positive and healthy in your business. Alignment is the key to abundance.

Good Fruits

Most business owners I know have similar desires – more growth, more profit, more value, more time, more balance, more purpose, more impact, etc.

I call these things “fruit”, good fruit, and once we get a taste, we want more and more.

What many business owners aren’t aware of, though, is that to produce good fruits from your business, you have to align the roots of your business.

Because everything we experience, create, have, or don’t have externally – our fruit – is the result of our alignment or misalignment internally.

Roots determine fruits.

And the fact is, you, the business owner, are the most important root of all in your business.

Aligned Roots

Whenever I begin working with a new client, I start by assessing their business and identifying the good fruit they want more of and the bad fruit they want less of.

No business produces all good or all bad fruit – it’s always a mixed bag.

Changing the balance of the bag by increasing the good fruit and decreasing the bad fruit is the mission of my engagement.

Once the objective is clear, I begin the work of alignment with the business owner throughout their business.

In my experience I have found that every fruit of a business, both good and bad, healthy and unhealthy, always has a root (cause).

If the fruit is healthy, it means that the root is aligned. If it’s unhealthy, the root is misaligned.

The focus of what I do is to help align the misaligned roots of the business, starting with the owner, and ultimately enable the bad fruit to fall away and the good fruit to grow and thrive.

Simple.

But not easy.

That’s why I’m called to the work I do:
